Our North County office is located in the historic Crandall building in downtown Oceanside, CA. We are alongside the newly renovated Oceanside Civic Center, City Hall and Art Museum. We are only two blocks from the famous Pacific Coast Highway and walking distance to the California Surf Museum, shops, restaurants, etc... downtown Oceanside.
The building was originally built in 1924 by Dr. H.F. Crandall and his wife Pearl. The original mortgage on the building and property was $6,000 quite a large sum for 1924. Originally a seven room residence the building has undergone extensive renovations over the years by its previous owners and is now considered a commercial property.
